Deadlift: 10 sets of 5 reps each @ 205 pounds. Start a new set every 90 seconds which gives me about 70 seconds rest between sets.
Bench Press: 10 sets of 5 reps each. First 8 sets @ 165 pounds. Last 2 sets I started to feel weak, and I wanted to complete all sets and reps, so I backed down to 155 pounds. Start a new set every 90 seconds, which gives me about 75 seconds rest between sets.
Bodyweight Squats: 50 with no rest at the top. Pull-ups: 6 sets of 2 reps alternating chin and behind the neck. Pause at the top of each rep for a moment.
Jump Rope: about 5 mintues to finish things off and help the body and blood pressure find a nice equilibrium again.
