45 Miles to Miami University

Wow, I haven’t done any workout at all in three weeks. I’m hoping today’s 45 mile ride with Dale Unroe and Mike Myers kick starts me to get back into this. With the 100-miler coming up on the 20th I can’t afford to miss another weekend ride. Hoping to do 70 or 80 next weekend.

Leon Gersing described the essence of the Script.aculo.us user interface elements and the Prototype Javascript libraries to us.
