One of my gripes about my own school experience (including what college I completed) was that it all seemed so out of touch with the real world. It was always a bit like living in a parallel world. I could see the real world, and I knew it was waiting for me, but I lacked the reference points to interpret it, had no matrix by which I could translate my school experience into practical application. I applaud Dr. Said for understanding the need. Wow, that’s a brilliant idea.
