Craig Schweiger
I met Craig Schweiger for coffee on Friday. Craig is one of those guys that leaves me wondering why it took so long for our paths to cross. We both have a fairly long history in Cincinnati IT, and we’re connected by a number of other relationships. In any case, I’m glad we had a chance to meet and look forward to opportunities to work together going forward.
Out of the gate Craig gained my respect. Anyone who can raise 5 children and not look like they are going to lose their mind is worthy of great respect. I appreciate all his work with his family to keep things moving in a straight line. And he’s giving his time back to making Cincinnati a better place. Craig is collaborating with Erin Schreyer and others through Authentic Leadership in Cincinnati. The group’s first meeting had ~65 in attendance. Not too shabby. I’m guilty of always going and not stopping to evaluate my own leadership ability and personal deficiencies. Kudos to Craig for taking the time to build this group and our community.
