Out On The Bike Again

Monday, March 16th, 2009

Got out on theĀ  bike Saturday with Mike Myers. We did a bit over 30 miles. A kind of uncomfortable day for a couple of weekend warriors that like to get a couple of century rides in through the year. Temperature was around 40 on a very humid and overcast day, the kind of day [...]

Great First Real Ride This Year

Sunday, March 8th, 2009

Got out on the bike for about 42 miles yesterday. The dynamic conditions made the ride exhilarating and difficult at the same time. 45 Miles to Miami University

Saturday, August 30th, 2008

Wow, I haven’t done any workout at all in three weeks. I’m hoping today’s 45 mile ride with Dale Unroe and Mike Myers kick starts me to get back into this. With the 100-miler coming up on the 20th I can’t afford to miss another weekend ride. Hoping to do 70 or 80 next weekend.
